The Grace University Lady Royals were pumped up a ready to go after two previous wins in tournament play. After having to make some adjustments, missing kill leader Mary Harder, the lady royals did not flinch at the challenge. Grace University took control of the game early, easily moving on to their third match. The Royals lost some momentum and steam in their third match. "The girls did a great job delivering under pressure. We had to regain momentum and Becky Way led the team in that." Coach Taulborg mentioned. Every person had a chance to play. It was a great confidence builder to win the Southwester Pre-Regional Tournament.
