The Harold D. Burkholder Center opened in the fall of 2004. It was designed to meet the needs of the athlete and the spectator alike. Along with the team locker rooms, there are two visiting locker rooms. This Claasen Gym is the Home of the Royals and fulfills the needs of the teams and intramural activities.
The facility is available for local and regional sporting event use. The Burkolder Center fans can enjoy competition from the 800 seating capacity bleachers. The elevated running track, complete with digital lap pacer, is one of the most popular features of the facility.
The Don Glanzer Strength Training Center was named In recognition of former Grace graduate, Don Glanzer, whose passion and commitment to athletics directed his entire life. This facility is outfitted with circuit training, free weights, and cardio-vascular equipment. Other amenities include: Players Lounge, classrooms with Smartboards and meeting rooms for teaching and training.
The National Christian College Athletic Association was incorporated to provide a Christian-based organization that functions uniquely as a national and international agency for the promotion of outreach and ministry, and for the maintenance, enhancement, and promotion of intercollegiate athletic competition with a Christian perspective.
The very existence of the NCCAA speaks to the need of a different game plan for college athletics in the midst of an era when the very foundations of our society are being eroded, morally. The NCCAA wants to step into the gap and become a vehicle for implementing a positive and purposeful athletic experience in cooperation with member institutions and their student-athletes.
