OMAHA, NEBRASKA: Grace University men's soccer team played the Ozark Christian College Ambassadors at home on Saturday, Sept. 10, and won in overtime.

The Ambassadors scored the first goal of the game in the twenty-fifth minute when a shot from Tyler Endicott, assisted by Colton Leinbach, found the back of the net.  The Royals stepped up their defense and did not allow any more goals for the rest of the game.  Freshman Noah Bishop scored two minutes into the second half, tying the score at 1, and when neither team could score again the game went into overtime.  Things looked a little uncertain until junior Nick Scholl scored his fourth goal of the season with an assist from senior Alex Drent, securing the win for the Royals. The Royals now have a 2-2 record for the 2017 season.

UP NEXT: The Royals will play the Central Christian College Tigers on Tuesday, Sept. 12, at 6 p.m. at home.
